Poor professor at best. Attendance mandatory and maybe the most boring lectures I have ever attended. Taken 2 courses with her and same deal. Rarely will she give tests but instead assignments worth 5 or 10 percent every week, for easy classes like hers it is frustrating because they are too time consuming for the bs assigned. Would not recommend

The course name is Project Management for Environmental Practitioners! Kristina is a great instructor! She is accessible inside and outside of class plus she gives clear lectures. Also, groups were very helpful and attendance matters!

Took this as an elective. Course consisted of 2 tests and 4 assignments that were extremely easy, but time consuming. The lectures can be a bit boring at times, but it is mandatory to go to class as 5% of your grade comes from attendance. Overall, I found the course interesting and would recommend. It is definitely a GPA booster course!

Attendance is mandatory and you get marks taken away for each class missed and fail after missing 5 (I think). no final exam or midterm, completely based on assignments and small tests, but almost nothing based on lecture content. she is a lovely prof and really cares, but you must go see her in person, not over email. overall A+ prof!

A really great prof, but this course has A LOT of projects. It's a little frustrating because she claims to want you to work on your mental health and spend time in nature but there's literally no time for that. But overall a caring prof, and she means well. At least there's no final!

attendance is mandatory. you wont get feedback or grade until last minutes. If you want great GPA, go take with her. If you want to learn some useful stuff, avoid her. But ENVR student has no choice, so plz hire new prof. Her lecture is almost same, whatever 2000 or 3000 courses.

Taking ENVR2000 with Kris is a poor choice. She does not teach the course material but instead just talks about topics she's interested in. She likes to give anecdotes about how she's wealthy and can afford meat and how that's bad for the environment and she feels guilty as an environment teacher, but nobody knows why that is important to know?

I do not reccommend this professor if you are an accessible student. She has a max 6 missed classes before she kicks you out of her class, if you are an accessible student who has missing class as part of their accommodations she will still demand medical documentation. She also rarely responds to emails, so be ready to figure things out yourself.

She is easily one of the best profs I've ever had. She is very passionate about what she's teaching and it's evident in her lectures. Her lectures are very interesting and easy to understand/follow along with. If you show up to class, you will do well. Tests were extremely fair (she doesn't try and trick you). Unreal prof

Kristina made the lectures interesting and engaging, and the assignments were easy but time consuming. However, she was consistently late for class, once up to 20 minutes, and would then lecture a couple minutes past class time. Attendance is mandatory, and you will fail if you miss more than 6 classes.

The worst professor I have had at 3 years at the U of M. Won't answer emails, gives bad feedback on assignments. Makes the lectures boring. I advise not taking her classes.

She is absolutely amazing! She is so kind and sincerely cares about her students and their success. She does do a portion of the grade for attendance so you need to go. Grading is fair and the class is enjoyable! I love her!

She is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her field. Assignments are terribly unclear and require a lot of emailing to confirm you're on the right track. Unfortunately she seldom replies to emails. Attendance is mandatory which is ok however many classes lacked important content and seemed like a waste of time. But she is a nice lady.

She is late for class everyday almost guaranteed, but requires attendance and makes it worth 5% of our mark. If it weren't for the attendance going would be pointless. Tests and projects are easy, but they do take a lot of time and effort. You can tell she really cares about her work, however overall not the best prof.

I have taken three courses with this professor. Easy A's but terrible teaching. She is extremely disorganized and doesn't give instructions for assignments, doesn't give grades back until the end of the term and rarely answers emails.

The two classes I've taken with her were easy A's and you really do learn a lot about the course topic. Attendance is part of the grade, and group projects are the main deliverables. Some of the projects are tedious and extensive but put in a little effort, show some creativity and talk to her about your ideas and you should be good.

Easy A but poor teaching. You lose participation marks if you miss class. No mid-terms or exams but lots of small assignments and group projects. Material are unorganized and out-dated. Unclear instructions. Ask for creativity but you get bad grades if your ideas don't align with hers. Replies and feedbacks take forever.

The hands down worst prof I have ever had in my three years at university. There are a total of 5 assignments. Two super easy tests which arent even on the stuff we learn just vocabulary. The only reason anyone comes to class is because attendance is worth 10%. I once emailed her three times and didnt get a response but she said she saw them...
