If you come to class and do the homework assignment you will do fine. He is very helpful and tries to make the material easy to understand. The book was not used often in class, but it is needed for extra understanding on your own.

Green uses the Powerpoints that go with the book. His lectures are very explanatory. Every chapter has homework assignments online at the book's web site. There were 3 tests, with mixed multiple choice/problems. I recommend taking Green for any accounting classes you need if he is available.

This is my retake of a course I failed at another school. Dr. Green makes it easy and clear to understand. Daily Quizzes are his attendance and you will have homework with 4 exams then the final. Buy the Study Guide!! The mass final is based off of it!!!

By far my most favorite professor at UTM. He always made class a little more bearable and interesting than anyone I've ever taken. The material was hard but he does his best to make sure that everone understands before moving along.

Mr. Green is a very nice guy. His class is a little hard, but i think mostly because econ isnt a very easy class to begin with. He gives notes from a powerpoint everyday, and you have a quiz once a week. He is very helpful outside of class, i was able to see him every time i tried.Test are somewhat difficult.BUY THE STUDY GUIDE RATHER THAN BOOK

Mr. Green was a complete jerk. I missed a quiz because of an important doctor appointment and had a note and he still would not let me make it up. Also he gave me the wrong date for the final so I missed it. Very unreasonable.

Mr. Green was a very helpful teacher. He is very accessible outside of class and an overall "good guy." His tests are fairly easy as they come straight from the study guides he posts online. If you want an A with minimal effory while still actaully learning about Economics, take Jim Green.

I had prof. Green for my General Studies class. I hated the idea of taking GenStu, but had to. Despite my not wanting to take it, this was my fav. class that semester-- because of him. He's wonderfully helpful and very friendly. Looking forward to taking him for business/accounting classes.

This guy is great. Econcomics is a boring class anyways, so class is sort of boring most days. He does a wonderful job of explaining the material, and is very fair in grading practices. I would recommend him to anyone. (plus.. he's just so darn cute!)
