This guy has to be one of the most facinating and funny profs I have ever had. I went into this class thinking "Operating Systems... I guess it's a requirement." but now after all of the knowledge he passed onto us (mainly theory) I have found his classes to be very facinating indeed! Oh, his many stories on the tower of magnetic drives, *sigh*.

I had this gentleman as a tutorial leader and lecturer in ERS 100 in the mid-80's and he was fantastic. Sharp wit, great sense of humour, energetic, knowledgable and very helpful. One of the best at motivating and encouraging students.

Apparently I missed the bling bling years but I loved his class. Very smart
