Awesome teacher.He's at UNBC now. Almost did a psych minor because he was so interesting.He goes off on tangents, but they are so fascinating and they totally relate to the course, if you pay attention. Have to go to class,but you want to. He makes boring things interesting.Took 2 of his classes both 5&6 years ago, and I still remember. Worth the $

He is a good lecturer, and very knowledgable about Canada. However, his rampant anti-Americanism. If I were an American in his class, I'd find some of the things he says quite offensive. Sometimes his facts are a bit off, but it never seems to be the essential ones-- just stuff like the Emancipation Proclamation starting the US Civil War.

One the best professors i've ever known, classes were awesome easy to follow and very interesting, he expanded my knowledge further then just the course and has made me consider a future in geography, he is a genius and a great guy, if you can take his class you won't regret it, and that guy who said he is egocentric is a bum for saying that.
