This is probably the most boring child study class Ive ever taken. She is rude and condescending. You learn more about her personal life than anything and theres no review or preparation for any test or quiz.

I wish arrogant and condescending were descriptive choices. She is never wrong and will argue a point continuously. Constantly shows up 20 or so minutes late to class and then releases the class late. Totally inconsiderate and rude. Has an attitude about everything. Doesn't let you text in class. Stickler for attendance. Never taking again.

I am shocked by all the negative feedback... I really enjoyed her class. You definitely have to read the textbook, but that is because the take home tests are based off of it. Some of the take home tests are clearly unorganized, but overall very easy. This class is perfect for a grad student that is a substitute teacher during the day.

horrible teacher. she doesnt help at all. Forgets who shes talking to half the time. Thinks you are other students. Calls student by wrong name. I think its time for a new job. Not Helpful at all.

Rude. She changes the schedule constantly, currently 3 large projects due on the same day and a 4th project the week after. She cares more about presentation then content and knows very little about the content she is teaching. She will ask for your opinion and respond 'too bad.' Do not trust her she will do anything to prove a prove a point.

Dr Silver is an awesome professor and a great woman. I have taken three of her classes on the graduate level and she is by far my favorite teacher. She has a great sense of humor and really knows a lot. Give her a chance - when you grow up you'll appreciate her.

Do yourself a favor by not taking her class. She was so rude and very degrading. Made rude comments about our class. Everyone in the class agreed that she was a terrible professor. Not a nice woman at all. I walk the other way when i see her.

I had Dr. Silver for this class, and found her to be a very creative and thoughtful teacher. The grades were based on reflection papers, but, the class was reflective teaching. Duh? I'm glad I took this teacher. If you want to learn how to be a great teacher, take Dr. Silver. I'm glad I did.

She is a horrid woman. She doesn't believe in teaching, she just sits there while we teach ourselves and only has negative things to say with absolutely no hint constructive criticism. Before class, after class, and during break all of her students unite in their hatred of her lack on teaching and horrible interpersonal skills.
