Comment:
I took his Romans class, and his Religion class. Both of which relied on books that were easy to buy, pretty cheap. Allegretti doesn't believe students should have to waste a lot of money on textbooks. His class is very easy, he allows you to have 3 absences. He's really funny and not that hard on grading, go for test review, he gives the answers.

Such a nice man, I took his Romans class and he wants you to do well in his class so he makes it as clear and easy as possible for everyone to get A's. Do the readings and take notes in class because he lectures most classes, but he makes them interesting adding movies and pictures. Easy class if you go, very clear in his teachings!

If you have a choice, definitely take Allegretti's class. He does his best to make his classes interesting, switching between lecture and videos. He does a good job to make you feel like you actually care about the Romans. There's only three grades in the class, the three tests. The tests are pretty easy and he gives guides about a week in advance

Best professor I've had so far at Siena. He expects participation, but his work is not unfair. If you do what is asked and show up to class, you will get an A. I would definitely take his class again.

He is the smartest guy I know. He reviews his Latin every summer and was once and attorney. He's very enlightening and doesn't make his classes harder than they need to be. I always enjoy coming to class. Recommended for all roman classes

Prof. Allegretti is simply one of the best Siena has to offer. He truly want his students to succeed. I have taken him multiple times and the basic class format includes three 4-5 page papers, and a final. The entire class is him reading from the book and explaining the reading. Take him every time you possibly can. 3 skips allowed.

This class should be required for any student majoring in business at Siena. Ethics is always something we know about but when you dig down deeper you can see why people do the things they do. Prof allegretti did this perfectly and I thouroughly enjoyed attending class

really nice guy, but kind of abrasive and loud. not a lot of work, 2 papers ans 2 tests, read from every text book the told us to get. At the end of the semester his class kind of got unbearable b/c there isn't much discussion---just him talking

Professor Allegretti is a very good teacher. I had him for Business Ethics and he really knew his stuff. He is an organized teacher that makes his expectation of his students clear and if you pay attention and do all of the reading, and assignments than writing class papers will be easy.
