Burns was a very interesting professor, he definitely has a passion for what he teaches, and his random outbursts help to keep you awake. Overall the exams were very challenging, and I sometimes felt like we hadn't been taught the correct material.

This guy does not know how to write exams. His exams are so vague, and don't test how well you know the material. Plus, he's not that great a teacher either.

Burns is one of the clearest profs I've had at Cornell. He's nice but will hate you if you don't go to lecture. He remembered everyone's name and usually brought snacks for us. I think he's the best option for 203, I heard Ruina is the devil, avoid at all costs!

Not a nice man. Frustrating exams including deriving equations of motions for frozen turkeys given their radius of gyration (somewhere around the thigh bone)...

Easy class. Problems sets never took more than a hour. The course is just basically a high school mechanics class. I didn't learn anything.
