Nancy is a terrible prof. Her lectures are full of "middle school" class activities. Worst of all, she did not provide marking rubrics, so no one knew how she marked things and what her expectations were. The guideline for her last assignment, the Mindmap project, was copy and pasted from Wikipedia. Avoid her at all possible cost!!!!!

Be aware that she offers no clear guidelines or rubric to assess your performances. In her words, the tiers of grading are "Exceeds, Meets, Below Expectations". What are the criterion for each category? No one has a clue... Nancy included. Mind reading is an essential skill in this class.

Comment:
One of the weakest professors in the MBA program. Nancy like to give lots of time consuming "make busy" work and treats her students like children. It is strange that she teaches Leadership and does not seem like a leader herself.

Nancy is a really sweet professor if you are participative students. If you are a student who sits there, half-asleep looking at the clock and swearing that it's only been a minute since the last time you checked, then she won't be that great to you. If you are a hard-worker, she encourages you to work harder. I love Nancy! Great Prof!

Terrible, overly opionionated prof! It's her way or the highway! She wrote the textbook, so its basically pointless to go to class, but you have to for all her mindless silly activities for participation marks. She loves students who quote directly with the textbook and always agree with her, so leave your brain at the door. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

super easy mc midterm and final with tons of time to spare. Not the most interesting class, in fact can get quite tedious with all the required participation, and group projects (sort of the point of the course), but the two tests more than makes up for it.
