Joe knows his subject, but he is socialy challenged, he is trying to be funny with his comments, but he comes accross as rude and provocative. Maybe he has Aspegers syndrome. He is very strict on marking, multiple choice questions on test don't resemble the practice ones, but you can get a lot easy marks by doing home and in-class assigments.
