Worst prof i've had. He does not admit to his mistakes (i.e. he will promise something and then later on say " o what i meant was it was potentially going to be like that"). His assignments are very ambiguous. Everyone on the course forum agree that SOC200 is horrible. Beware, this is a bad one.

Frustrating when asked for clarification. Doesn't get that perhaps concepts need to be explained in a new way, that if people aren't getting it saying the same thing over and over and over isnt' going to help them. The ambiguity of assignments is enfuriating.

He seems like a nice guy. With that said, some words of caution: while he can be very clear most of the time, when in comes to what he's looking for in assignments, he's attrociously ambiguous. As for his tests: Know the material and how to work it out; he's not looking for regurgitation, he's looking for application.

The most helpful, easy going prof I've met. Takes his time in class to explain everything, and is great with office hours. I definetly recommend taking any course with him, probably the most memeorable professor i'll have. Moody rocks.
