My favorite teacher from LMC. Very specific in what he wants but also very clear on how to do things the right way (which is what he wants, see above). If you are genuinely interested in learning how to structure your writing, and aren't averse to a little higher workload, take his classes.

Zienty isn't a very good teacher at all. I took his English 102 class and I failed all the papers. I never knew what he wanted. Whenever I asked for help, he never helped me at all.

Probably the most helpful class I've ever taken! I can now sit down and write an A paper using his format and get it done effecently and in no time flat. I don't understand why no one else has ever taught me how to really write a paper before. It has helped me in every class I've taken and can't thank him enough!

This was a very hard class...do the work and you'll be fine...but i couldn't figure out what he wanted for the writing assignments...i could never do well on any of them...wasn't lack of effort...awesome class...you learn a lot about the movie and you see them totally different but the writing assignments are REALLY HARD

Awesome teacher! Actually, I had him a couple of years ago and still think back to how great a teacher he was. He was always pleasant and helpful and I still use with success the writing style taught to me. His book is also super helpful as long as you follow it. I would recommend him to anyone. P.S. he doesn't fall for bull#&%$ so don't try. :)

His film class is great, very easy to get an A, but if you want an A, do the work! Yes, he wrote the text however, his text is so easy to understand and has a great format. If you don't get him, I'd suggest you stay awake!

This class is very easy if you just follow what the teacher says. He is very helpful. Sometimes when things are different- we dont except them right away. I use his format on my papers and I get an A (okay nothing lower than that a B).

I agree with others when they say he is easy if you get him. Luckily I got him and did very well in his class, but one of my friends did NOT and failed it. So I wouldn't recommend him unless you're up for a challenge.
