Dr. Erkkila is one those very rare professors who change the way you look at the subject and makes you wanna learn more. I had no interest in economics till I started taking Dr. Erkkila's class. He is so rejuvenating, wonderful. And you do learn a lot not feeling too overwhelmed by the thought of economics.

How are you doing today. Good good. He is THE prof. at LSSU. If anyone graduates without even meeting him, they have missed out on a solid 20% of what college is about. He's a really nice guy, funny and likes to tell stories. He is very understanding and personable. His classes aren't easy though. His quizzes are difficult for the most part and his tests are even harder. Go to SI and take lots of good notes. Study, study, study the formulas and equations!
