Awesome Teacher, Knows his stuff. Retired lawyer. He keeps the focus on the stuff that matters and cuts out everything else. His goal is to help students in basic aspects of law, not to see how many he can fail. Aproachable and easy to talk to. Will work around your schedual if its practical. Good guy, doesnt think hes too good for everyone.

This is one craziest professor out there. He's such a good teacher. All of his tests are more on lecture than on the book, but do read the book for more insight. Makes law a breeze and an easy thing to learn. Not only that he also talks about his college days and how things were cool for him and etc.

TAKE HIM even if it's not required for you... he's so funny and wears a funny vest all the time. Pretty easy, the lectures aren't hard to listen to and tests are easy if you review your notes. Such a great teacher, I wish he taught more classes.

coolest teacher i've ever had. he teaches you what you need to know but gets right to the point. he is also the most crazy guy i have ever met. he always talks about his college days when he would get wasted at parties and run from the cops.

This guy is awesome. I took the 4 week thing and it was not that bad. I got an A. All you need to do is do well on the hw assignments he assigns from the handout (they're mainly briefs). He only tests you on stuff he covers in class not the book. He's only tough if you do not study, attend class everyday, and not do well on the hw.

Funny guy. Good examples in class, that really help. hw every night (for summer school) but its not hard. Tests are very fair, and not that hard. There are only 2. Take this instead of fin 240 at state! I really like law now and I actually learned something.

Coolest prof out there in LAW! He's funny. he's cool. FOR SDSU STUDENTS GOING TO TAKE FIN 240 take this class at Grossmont College with this PROF. As he said, you will learn how to file lawsuit compared to what people are learning in FIN 240. Hwk assignments beneficial and practical. Tests not that hard and there's only 2 of them.

Hildenbrand Rocks! If anyone is thinking about taking a b. law class this is the one for sure! He is the most down to earth, knowledgeable and influencial teacher I have had in college. He listens to his students and realizes that there is life outside of college! Awesome teacher, I give him an A+++++ in every aspect!

Awesome class, awesome teacher. Funny and makes Business Law interesting when it has a possibility of being a dry subject. You will not regret taking his class. Tests are easy and he no longer assigns a research paper. Homework every night. You actually leave class knowing the subject!

Very nice teacher. Moved at a pace where everyone could follow. I took him in a 4 week summer session, which flew by. There was homework everynight but it was simple and extremely helpful. The reading isn't too bad either.
