That said, Kotz instilled in me such a passion for the discipline that he rates as one of, if not the, best professors I have had. I took both Chem 111/112 with Dr. Kotz. He's genuinely interested in chemistry. His format for evaluation in the course is as close to perfect as I have ever seen. He hands out lasts years exams and explains all the answers, preparing students well.
