BIO 115 class and lab. Professor Perrotto genuinely cares and believes in his students. His test are fair but if you put the effort in to study & go to class you'll do fine. He makes learning fun & has truly sparked my interest to study biology again.... & DON'T TEXT IN CLASS. Just put your phone away for an hour, sit there & listen.

He really cares for every student that walks in to his class. His method of teaching is like none other. His tests are very fair, but you definitely need to study the material in order to understand it. I would recommend this professor to anyone who is interested in biology and to anyone who may not have a great science background.

Exceptional teacher. He encourages students to love science and really learn. My major requires me to take a lot of math & science courses. His class stands out for the effort he placed for everyone to understand the subject. Students respected him as a teacher because he is brilliant and because he cared for us to do well. He makes NCC shine.

Professor Perrotto is a real nice guy he cares for his students, he works with you. He makes the class as fun as he can. He makes the class as easy as possible and he is really funny. You won't regret taking him. I looked him up on rate my professor and did not regret taking him. He does ask for the textbook but I did not buy it, he gives notes.

A great professor, really cares about his students and wants them all to do well. He hates when you text or talk in class, but his classes are so interesting you wont even want to. He makes his lectures relatable and funny so that you remember it forever, not just for the test.

Had the pleasure of having Dr. Perrotto for 109 and 110. By far the best professor I think I've ever had. Learned a lot and really enjoyed both courses and inspired me to further continue my route to becoming a future healthcare professional. He truly cares and respects his students and there really isn't a single negative thing I could say.

One of few professors who WANT you to excel and walk out with the knowledge and grade you deserve. If you are any medical major, his lectures give a clearer prespective towards A&P, Microbio & Basics of Chemistry.. you walk out learning more than just Nutrition. His lectures are so clear & concise he practically tells you what is on the tests.

Dr. Perrotto is everything you could ask for in a professor. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I learned so many new interesting things from him. He is a great teacher and truly cares about his students. Passing his class with high grades is a breeze as long as you study and do his provided homework. He makes it super easy.

Had this guy at NCC and Adelphi U. Best professor I ever had. They are right. This guy has a sixth sense when it comes to catching people texting in class. If he catches you he WILL hand you a drop the class form. If you want to text instead of learn give your seat to another student. He's the reason that I am in med school now.
