Loved the man and really enjoyed his class, when I went. Some of the stuff we did in his class sometimes seemed pointless, like attending a Comp. 1 "Lab" for an hour a week. Frustrated by that, and some other requirements, but I would recommend him for the Comp. 1 class.

Honestly, everyone should have Dr. Johnny Wink as a professor at some point. This semester, we have quizzes at the end of the week over a chapter. The other grading component is weekly recitation of a conversation in Latin with him! You actually do need to study. Attendance is crucial to learning! He sometimes gets off topic and goes on tangents.

American Letters // This man is incredible. Very intelligent. Interesting just to listen to, and so much fun as a teacher. He has a great heart -- a "disgustingly nice guy" he calls himself. Just take note of what he reads from the text in class, and read the assignments. The quiz's are a breeze. Great, great teacher.
