I really like the professor as a person, but not as a teacher. The course was VERY hard to follow, and the amount of homework was overwhelming. I would not recommend this professor if you have a hard time learning from reading a text book.

I took his class this summer because he has high rating here. but the truth is, class is good. but he expects you to remember everything from the previous class so he will be like "this is nothing, skip skip skip" . the hw is good, you get 5%+ to your test score if you do all of them. by meaning ALL of EM 100+ problems per section. GOOD LUCK!

Not a big fan of him. Does not teach well very boring. And yes he does give you 5 point on every test if you do your homework but its not worth it because the homework problems are a lot if you spend that much on studying than actually doing every single hw problem youll do better in the class. Hes not as wow as people say he is over hear.

awesome teacher!! he takes the time to explain everything, answers any and all questions clearly and patiently, and grades very fairly. GREAT teacher for algebra, especially if you're going on to higher math classes cause he'll teach you everything you need to know and it will stick!!

Professor Lungren is a great professor. He will teach you what you need to know. Math is not easy, you have to do the work and you get fair points when you turn in your homework. I would recommend professor for all my math class. He is the best.

he was an easy teacher... he give you 35% higher on your total grade if you do all the home work... you could have a 65% at the end of all your test but have a 100% overall because you did your homework... it's super easy to get an A. i would recomend taking him... hes a little boring... extremely boring... but an easy A!

If you can get a class with him then you are set. Wonderful teacher I had in the summer and loved him. He is very willing to reexpain things and stay after class to help you understand better. Remember Math is kinda boring but he made the class interesting and tryed to make it fun.
