easy class, hard to pay attention. His lectures are scrambled and hard to follow, but if you read before class, like you should, it makes his lectures more clear. tests are very fair and gives clues to test questions.

Great teacher. Definatley take em if you havent already. But be warned, you have to have interest in government, otherwise the class may become broing for you. He really tests ure knowldege of readings so make sure your on top of your work, but tests are very very fair and grading on papers is tough, but hell make you a better writer. Easy class!

I really like Professor Karlesky. He's really passionate about Public Policy, and his enthusiasm is contagious. I took a second class with him just for fun my senior year. His syllabus is really clear, and his assignments & exams are very fair.
