Schmidt is a very helpful, fair professor who does his best to ensure that all of his students succeed. You have to make an effort, of course, but he's very understanding. If you have to hand in something late, ask him about it. If you don't feel like talking in class one day, let him know and he won't ask anything of you. Very reasonable guy.

I have Prof. Schmidt for a full-year course, which is currently in its last week. Reading what people have written about him, I am truly appalled. Schmidt is a fantastic, brilliant professor, who gives you exactly what you give him. Possibly a little too smart to be a teacher.

schmidt is an awesome guy. he does show some favourtism, but it's not hard to be one of them. essay writing is insanely easy--most material was in english.
