Comment:

Dr. Smith is one of my favorite professors. Hes amazing in office hours if you do not understand things in lecture. He really wants to see people do well. Hes incredibly nice. He tells a bunch of dad jokes. Its a class where you get what you give. You have to study. You have to attend class. If you put in the effort, youll get good results.

Smith teaches by powerpoints, he reads whats on it and thats it. Come prepared before hand, ask questions (it'll take him forever to answer - sometimes he will have an answer to you the next day) He's sometimes not helpful and wants you to primarily study his powerpoints and the textbook. He's nice but is not straight to the point and gets off task

He is the best Chem professor. All you have to do is listen and DO THE ASSIGNED HOMEWORK. although its not graded all of his quizzes and test are based off them literally same problems. He is willing to explain everything but if you don't speak up he will just speed through the lecture. Talk to him hes really nice.

I had him as a chemistry lecturer, he would go through the material way too fast and expect you to understand and keep up. He also never went over many examples during class to further explain the material. you'd be better of going to his office hours, he is ALWAYS willing to help then.

Dr. Smith is a very helpful, caring & talented teacher. His lectures are well-organized, exams are fair & his expectations for us are clear. Dr. Smith really tries to help us succeed & he cares how we are doing in & out of the classroom. He's a sweetheart, and I'm sure he means well. But, to be honest, teaching isn't for him. He's too brilliant, and way too into his own world that he forgets he's teaching a group of students who don't know anything about chemistry. I wish Dr. K taught chem 111 lecture, that is all. :-/
