Prof. So is awesome and if you go and talk to him he is more than helpful. In first year you don't get to see enough of him for a fair assessment, his upper year classes are incredibly interesting, and he is genuinely interested in his subjects. He is the only prof who can lecture for three hours and still be enjoyable.
