The class was so informative and intellectually stimulating that I decided to switch my major to Political Science. Professor Wilson gave many assignments but was always helpful and courteous. I recommend him highly!

Simply amazing. Had noooooo interest in class, but after taking him, it is like he opened a whole new world view for me :) 2 three-page papers, 4-page final paper, presentation, midterm and a final. Take him, he is really knowledgeable and super kind. Not a tough grader, just do your best!!!

By far and large the BEST professor I have ever come across. He is the sort of professor you see in movies, who wants to inspire his students contribute something greater than themselves, before leaving this earth. Single handedly changed my college career. at first i thought he was harsh.. but then he was very laid back. he scared me with the reading packet, but truthfully, i didn't even read them at all..maybe skimmed through it...at the end of the course, B+ ~ not bad uh? :)

Easiest Prof. in the history of college. Gives a lot to read, but you dont have to read it as long as you skim in briefly and quote a few people in class and on the test. Gives a cool change the world project which i enjoyed. Gave us a take home final and the midterm review was the exact questions on the midterm. Take him 100% - hes such sweet guy

He is very BORING! His monotone voice will drop your head like a fly. He is VERY liberal (meaning he's a communist...although he calls it "socialist"). He always compares his radical views (he shares with the leftist media) and compares it to the far extreme view, which really only about 10 people (incuding the KKK and Hitler) would be agreeable with and always says that ALL conservatives think that way (NOT TRUE). On the upside of him being a liberal is that he doesn't change it for the grading...meaning that he is an easy A!....just a little hint, he likes to see quotes and key words on the tests and papers (i.e. Ness, Zinn, Parenti said "..." and words like "Gender" and "Power" etc. etc.)...be there by the review and you'll be ready for all you need to know.

One of the best and kindest professors at Brooklyn College. The gentleman will never say that you're wrong about your opinion, he will only ask you to clearly state your view. His analysis of politics does not come from a textbook. His lectures consists of his own personal notes, which say a lot about his level of understanding of the subject.

wow, i loved this class. Professor Wilson was so nice and helpful. Though this class involves a lot of work such as reading, it really isnt difficult. No homework just a midterm,paper, and final. VERY FAIR GRADER. Gvies a lot of extra credit which really help. He changed my views a lot. HAHA BRAIN WASHED SOCIETY. TAKE HIM FOR SURE!

I think that this professor is fair. For a first semester, I was happy to have him as a professor because for me this was an eye opener for what college is really like.
