Professor Torres-Pou is not only caring and funny but he likes what he does. He's always ready, he teaches you what you need and in the process you learn even more. He likes to talk about everything, but keeps the respect and professionalism to the max. His class consist of 10 quizzes and the highest 8 will count. Always willing to hear you out :)

Great teacher! Very honest and funny. He is very caring and tells it like it is about Latin American history and the flaws of Spain and its people despite .being from Spain himself. Tests are the only thing that matters for grades in this class so just review the answers a few hours before and it'll be EXACTLY the same on the test. He is super cool

Loved his class, amazing lecturer and hilarious! It was always fun to come to class, learned a lot and taught you basic grammar with fun exercises! Only 12 quizzes, you drop the lowest two. ATTENDANCE MATTERS, come to class and your grade goes up!!!! :)

GREATEST PROFESSOR EVER! He is hilarious and doesn't make you feel like he is above you. Talks about TV shows and everything with you! He is always teasing his students but it is in a funny and loving/caring way. You don't want to go through college without experiencing his class! You will love every second of it and it is an extremely easy class.

Great professor I love coming to this class it's fantastic. 12 quizzes but he only counts 10 so you can have two bad days. Extremely funny so you won't be bored. TAKE HIM! Get your foreign language requirement out of the way!!!Spanish is my second language and did extremely well in the class.

He has been great! The material is not too hard and he does a great job explaining everything. He never quizzes you on anything that he didn't teach in class. He is very kind and gets back to you immediately via email. Spanish is my second language and I never had to feel ashamed when I didn't know something. I would recommend him to everyone.

I have him for Spanish for Native Speaker 2. This is how it goes, if you know good spanish your set, if your kinda bad you gotta study. At first, it would seem like the easiest class but if you're not good in Spanish you'll find it hard. He's apathetic but he's fair and tries to help you pass the class. You have to study no matter what.

VERY interesting class. Great topics, lively discussion and an awesome delivery make this a superb way to learn or shore up your Spanish Language and Culture (even if you're of Hispanic origin).
