I hated her as a prof. Our course was based on participation and she would talk about all the things she's written and when you gave your opinion on it if it didn't match hers she would completely shoot it down. Didn't seem to care about what people said unless they were agreeing with her.

I have had numerous classes with Professor McKenzie, and it is always the same format. She lets you know what topics will be on the tests, so you have no excuse not to have the answers. She is helpful, and she seems passionate about the topics she teaches. Good use of media.

Very easy to understand, and incredibly helpful if you have a problem. Very accomodating and sensitive to individual needs of the student. Without a doubt, the best professor in the Poly Sci department (her and Riddell of course).
