She is the nicest HTM professors you will ever meet. She is very genuine when she says she wants every1 to succeed in the class. She goes out her way to make sure ppl pass her class. She also is very very very understanding. I highly recommend taking this class! She's the BEST!!!

She's alright. very boring sometimes, definitely want to sleep through her class. group activities keep you awake on some days. it stinks if this is a required class for your major. tests are easy and open book b/c they are online. TA grades major restaurant analysis paper. lame.

I had Judy for several courses during my two years in the HTM program at UMASS and she was one of my favorites. She knows what she's doing and doesn't make things more complicated than they need to be.

Take this class! Pretty easy, no textbook, and you get TAP certifide as part of the class (like serv-safe). You also watch some videos and Hotel Rwanda. Judy is awesome! She isn't out to hurt your grade and trick you, she genuinely wants you to do well. She's fun to joke with too & she love's the show 24 haha. She's a peach.

I love this professor, she's like a second mom to me. She really cares about her students and she just wants to see them succeed. She tries to give us activities that help us learn, not just keep us busy. She's one of the only proffesors in the department that you are able to leave class with a new understanding of her subject. She's a gem.

she is very nice. all her tests are online, mult. choice. She also has guest lecture, and you write a responce on spark and get a 100. You also have to write a 7pg paper. but it is not hard, and she will help you out if you need more time.

this is definitely one of those easy A courses that you end up getting a B in. her exams were online but she worded the questions so ridiculously which makes it hard to score as high as you would want to. she actually takes attendance too. i thought the roll call stopped in HIGH SCHOOL???
