Julia is absolutely amazing. If you're thinking about doing the education track, you MUST take one of her classes. She is so funny and keeps the class entertained. There is a lot of group discussions over short reading for practically every class, but they are interesting and really make you think.

She's an amazing professor. She has us belly laughing often, but teaches us so much. She is always willing to put in the extra time to help you out and is a fair grader. She assigns homework and reading often, but they are relevant and stimulating. I've loved every class with her!

Comment:

I felt a real sense of accomplishment after completing Julia's classes. There was usually a short homework assignment each night, but it was simply checked for completion. Assignments were authentic and useful. Expectations were clearly communicated. Like all the Education department, Julia is outstanding.
