ms mevi is a very passionate teacher and very into the material which she knows what she is talking about. easiness wise she has simple quizzes and tests which have EC questions on them.. in my class out of 30 students 4 had over 100% incredible easy and recommended tacher

One of the best teachers I've had at DVC. Interesting subject and she teaches w/ enthusiasm. Go to class, take good notes = easy 'A'. Several people in my class got 'A's (too easy?). Highly recommended! :-)

She's an easy A as long as you take notes in class, she has small quizzes and final is open book/note but she's a bit crazy, funny and her lecture is a little scattered and hard to follow sometimes. I got out at 9:50 and had a class at 10 and always would have to leave at 9:50 cuz she would go a little over the time allowed. But overall easy class

Lecture is a bit scattered, can be difficult to take notes. No need to buy the reader everything is covered in leture. I found it difficult to learn from her style but if you've taken Chem and Bio you'll have the basics and should get an A. Don't think nutrition is an easy subject! She give extra credit and test are multiple choice and true/false.

class is not hard unless you miss class. there are about 5 exams- all multiple choice. Her lectures are very interesting. 3/4 of the exams is based on her lectures. It's not too hard to get an A. Teacher very knowledgable in her teachings .You should take her

Nice teacher who knows her subject well & very interesting class--and if you have any interest in food/nutrition you will find it a very common sense class. Easy to succeed in if you take good notes. Only hard part for me was Citric Acid Cycle & fatty acid strings, and she really does a good job trying to help you get it.
