Very poor communication skills. Syllabus was a messy document with unclear information and contradictions. She failed to respond to one email and spoke harshly despite my high A grade.

History 1301: She goes by her syllabus. You must do essays. She gives you a choice to pick three between six for each test. there are four tests. Discussion boards are also mandatory. She does read the essays. She can be fairly easy, just a lot of work.

I took her 2011 Summer 1 online class. You must discipline yourself to do a lot of reading 15 Lessons some long some short. You have a choice out of 6 essay to write a 900 word or more essay which is part of your test. I enjoyed this class and so will you!!

Took her online summer class. The only assignments, which were exams, were in the form of four 1½ to 2 page essays per week for four weeks. Texts are provided online but many times I felt the essay topics were about something there wasn't enough info on. She was quick & very willing to work with me in my difficult family situation.

I took this class online during summer 1. She was terrible with communicating with her students, I sent emails and never got responses. She waits until the last minute to grade your essays so you don't know how you are doing in the class. Essays aren't too hard if you sit down and do them, but she is no help.

I took this class during Maymester but had to drop it. Somehow I never got added to the group discussion boards so i emailed the teacher seveal times without a response. It was very fustrating trying to get an answer. I would not recomend this class be taken online because if you have an issue it will NOT get resolved!!!

This instructor seems like she may be nice, but is awful with communicating with her students. I have taken her for both 1301 & 1302 online. She doesn't respond to your emails if you have questions and she waits to the very last minute to post grades. She leaves you hanging throughout the semester. Her class is easy, but there's no communication.

I had taken her before, but my experience in 1302 was totally different. Exams are essay form, and directions are conflicting (250 words, single spaced, then she says 2 full pages??) Did not reply to multiple emails from mult students. Did not post grades until after course was over, so it was impossible to gauge how well you were doing.

I took her online maymester class. It was 4 discussion boards and 4 tests. Tests were kinda hard but overall it was a pretty easy class and not that time consuming for an online maymester class. I would recommend her!

Took this as a Wintermester and it was easy. Class consisted of four discussion boards and four tests. Takes a long time to communicate with. The class seemed to be an afterthought for her.

i took the online class. If you are willing to work hard and make sure you take notes and view the powerpoints, it is easy to get an A. She was the best online hist teacher i've had.

I took her class online in the summer. The course was easy, but you do have to read. She does not answer emails, so if you are looking for help, don't ask her. We didn't have to complete an essay (as other student commented), just discussions and 4 tests.
