She's a great person and she's really funny, likeable. The class was a disaster for me. Went every day and studied and still didn't do great in it along with a few other people. Exams are hard and very unpredictable. Really hard assignments aren't worth what they should be. Great person, crappy class.

i would recommend this class. it's like you're in highschool again. watch a lot of movies and have easy worksheets. tests are all mult choice and you can use maps and work with others for her quizzes. if you go to class and pay attention, you'll get a good grade. she is extremely caring and helpful.

World Reigonal is not a bad class but you do need to study your maps. She is a nice teacher if you goto class and she remembers your name. I got a F on one test a D and two C's on tests but perfected all my papers, quizes, and class work assignemnts, and got an A on the final and got an A- in the class. Just show up and do work son.

im a straight a student but this 100 lvl class really annoyed me with the essay form questions on the test, should be multiple choice because its somewhat opinionated if you ask me, she nit picks points from you even if you list everything she gave you for the answer, you can get a 100% on the actual geo. part but get a B for the sem.shes nice tho!

easy A. treats us like we were two again and seperates us boy girl in rows. watch lots of movies, easy worksheets, homework is easy, tests can be difficult if you havent looked over the material. bit of a boring class though. with minimal effort, B is no problem.

She expects way too much for a 100 level class although she is helpful and the class isn't too boring. Tests aren't easy but she gives you the essay questions ahead of time. Also, expect to memorize map after map. Classes are dreadful but you watch a lot of videos. The class should not be a 101, it is challenging like a 200 or 300 level course.

Very nice lady who is very understanding. Her tests are moderatly difficult. The Class isnt hard by any means tho. Homework is a big part of the grade and that is SUPER EASY. No reason not too get a B.

Karen is a very helpful professor. I would recommend taking this class as long as you are prepared to study. She drops one of four regular exams. I picked up the book a few times and pulled off an A-. Definitely don't need the atlas. Never said a word to her and when I went to her for help she already knew my name. Sit in the front.

Do not take this class if you don't have to. Class is boring, people got up and left in the middle of class, it was that bad. Tests are insanely hard, our class average on every test was about a D. She's not a bad person, but she can't teach. She says a quiz or test will be one thing, and it will be something else. DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS WITH HER.

10 page tests for a level 100 class? What the F$%&.....Memorizing almost every reiver and country in Africa. For what? This could have been an interesting class with the right prof. I'm very disappointed with this one.
