I took the hybrid class so it was half in class and half online, all the material she taught in class i could've learned online, she reads right from the power points that you can access online. tough grader on every assignment and lots of online work.

She taught antivaxxer propaganda in her class. Never left her chair and read power points every class. Overall, I think myself and the students were done a great disservice by having to sit through a course taught by someone who was unprofessional, hypocritical, and not up to date on current information within her trade.

Dr. Granelli is a great professor and an even better human being! She is sweet, kind and understanding, and she is there for you when you need her! When I had this class with her she only missed one class and she had a sub prepared! She truly does care about your education and displays enthusiasm for the subject and community in the course!

Professor Granelli is one of the nicest professors I've had. The material is interesting and you learn a lot. There are a lot of assignments but they're easy and she doesn't want them to be over two pages. She doesn't give great feedback on the assignments, but if you ask she'll tell you.

TAKE HER!!! I took this class over the summer and it was awesome!! Learned alot. All assignments are short and easy and thoroughly explained in the outline. Lots of videos, 2 site visits (which were great!), 2 quizzes (she gives study guide), midterm and final (study guides for both). The bully project really opened my eyes!

Love her! The class was interesting. The site visits were really cool. There are a lot of papers but they are short and mostly opinion. She is an easy grader (just check your grammar). Tests are short and really easy. I never read the textbook and got an A. Take this class!

Dr. Granelli is one of the most caring and passionate professors at SJC. She gives very helpful notes(which I still refer back to often)and is always willing to help! she gives 3 book reflections,2 quizzes,a midterm,and a final which is not alot of work,this is college...there is going to be homework!I would take her class again any day!

This woman is the worst! Her assignments are not designed to make you think- simply check off the boxes on her rubrics and you will be fine. Learned a little but feel like she is ripping St Joe's off- avoid if you can.Very uninspired teaching which is sad because she is teaching future teachers. Not good. Consider yourself warned.

3 site visits, 3 books to read and a million papers to write. Class consumed so much of my time it was exhausting. We did watch a lot of films and got out early. Tests were minimal and always multiple choice (which I hate). She explained things well, but her opinions on topics I flat out disagreed with her and she was not open to student opinions.

Amazing Professor. Extremely intelligent,organized,passionate and knows how to teach. There are a lot of assignments but they are all only 1-2 pages double spaced. Be prepared for a lot of work, however, you WILL learn a lot from this professor... she definitely knows what she is talking about. She tells you almost everything that will be on the tests, and she does offer as much extra credit as you want (which really can boost your grade). Prof Granelli is an awesome professor who makes class fun
