Still after taking her many years ago I see that she is still one of the nastiest professors ever and her tests still come from out of the clouds somewhere. She must know someone at the school to still have her job after 20+ years.

As an adult returning to college after 20 years I was at first very intimidated by her but she was very very open to any questions I had and very willing to offer any help I needed when I didn't Aren't you here to learn??I was glad when she called out people texting or surfing the net!Take good notes read the chapters and THINK!!!!

Very hard and doesnt take crap from anyone. She is very smart and knows what shes talking about, uses real life examples, and her notes are the best thing to study. The tests are difficult but flash crads of each slide worked for me. Dont text- she will call you out!

Def need to study. I underestimated her the first exam and got a 73. After that I realized I needed to study in order to pass with better than a C. I ended up studying just her noted and did just fine. Lots of time needs to be put in b/c this is not info that is learned overnite. Overall I think shes great and also funny! Takes no BS and i like it!

I loved this Professor. She was honest, direct, and to the point in what she expected. She gave real world examples and prepared the class for reality. She did this by having us look up our own information and answering questions that could not be easily searched. If you want to work for your grade instead of having it handed to you, take her.

This is my first year as a freshman and honestly to say she is HORRIBLE! She's mean, rude, ignorant, and if your thinking about asking questions in her class you can forget about it. I have a student in my class currently and she's "special", sweeney is always rude to her and i dont like it, DROP HER IMMEDIATELY!

Mrs. Sweeney at burlington county college NJ, is a very dry professor. She does not teach well. She gives us little to no help when asked for, and she is very vague. she puts up a power point with words on it and says study the this and read the chapter, test day comes and NOTHING FROM THE POWER POINT IS ON THE TEST. The person before me is completely right. Sweeney puts some things on tests just to trip students up. If you study hard enough, really, really hard, you can overcome it. And in the process, you may learn lots of biology. If you want to take a required science for an A, DROP HER. Lot of people in my class are doing poorly. Sweeney is no joke.

Okay i'm going to agree and say that she's extremely challenging! For the first couple weeks of class I hated her but then I realized how much she knew!I learned a great deal in her class. You MUST study for tests, but she gives you a sheet of paper for each test with words that will be on the upcoming test! I would recommend notecards! BUT Study

This professor is very strict and comes off as unsympathetic. I came in late by 4 min second day and she was very cold about it. At the end of class she told everyone that if they were to be late they were to not knock on the door as it would be a disturbance and she would call security. Tests are ridiculously hard. I dropped after the third week.
