Nice, helpful lady. Tests can be confusing but gave points back for questions that you could show were ambiguous. She only tests on what you cover in class, so don't bother with the book. For the lab, though, it helps to read the manual to learn relationships (if you can't tell what something is, you can often figure it out by what it's next to).

Comment:

Dr. Loesser is one of the best professors I have ever had in my life. I took 5 classes with her...5 and all A/A-!!! She knows her material in and out, explains everything clearly, and is extremely helpful. Be prepared to work for the A though. Her tests aren't cupcakes but completely fair.

Somewhat hard to follow in lecture and monotone at times. However, she is very helpful outside of class and more than willing to answer your questions and she gives extra attention to the areas where you're are troubling. She gives constructive criticism where it is needed. Make sure you know the material VERY well when going in to an exam!!!!

she is such a great professor! she is very patient with students and is totally approachable. ALL her classes are so interesting and relevant to the whole premed/predent/prevet/prewhatever thing. put time (every other day from when lecture given) into studying lecture material and u will be golden

She's got a great dry sense of humor, is very relaxed with the students. Tests are straight forward, no surprises, she goes over them afterwards and will sometimes remove a question if lots of kids got confused. Will do review sessions & EC if you ask
