I really like Dr. Gross, since she is very outgoing and makes class enjoyable. Get ready to participate a lot in class, even if you don't want to. Decent amount of homework that she will go over in class. Always energetic, prob cause she drinks 3 cups of coffee every morning.

Professor Gross is AWESOME. It was my first year taking German, and she made it fun to learn, she is always talking and making sure everyone understands the material. She likes the whole class to be involved. A very entertaining and fun 50 minute class.

It is incredible that a class can be so enjoyable and entertaining, but at the same time, easily submit this much information into your brain. The German that I learned from her was incredibly USEFUL and focused on grammar information that is well retained and utilized. Would highly recommend for those unsure of a language to take.

We NEVER stayed on topic in class. Also, she presumed the entire class had taken some German in junior high or high school, but I had only taken Spanish, so I had a really rought time there. I thanked my lucky stars for getting out with my B- both semesters.

I think catja is awsome, she is helpful i dunno who ever wrote that before but i think they are crazy. She's awsome and she's so funny. German is a really fun class. But yeah she does tend to go fast but if you don't understand it she is very helpful
