Professor Phillips is awesome! I found his class to be very easy, but you still learn a lot. My lowest test score was a 93%, and I only studied about 5 minutes before each exam. I would highly recommend him, but he did mention in class the other day that he is leaving Moraine to teach somewhere in Michigan for next fall. Awesome teacher, good class

phillips is aweesome!!!! if u want to take spanish TAKE HIM! i actually looked foword to going to his class and i am not one for school at all. he is so helpful and hes pretty funny too! he makes sure you know everything u need to know for the tests and he is just cool as hell!

I took his summer spanish 101 course. This was my first class at MV & he was the best teacher I ever had in forign language. He gives easy worksheets and you are always participating in class. If you need 1 foreign language like me-take him I can't say enough wonderful things about him.

He really tries to make his class exciting. He's not as difficult as I thought. He expects you to participate, but it's hard when you don't know Spanish well enough. Especially when half the class is hispanic. Didn't learn any new material, except vocab.
