Great teacher! Her lectures were always interesting and this ended up being one of my favorite classes so far at KU. Monday/ Wednesday lectures aren't mandatory, but go to discussion section for the quizzes. There are a couple papers, but no final exam. Highly recommend taking Sociology from her!

Dr. Massoni is a great teacher! All you do is watch videos and take open note quizzes with your discussion group. There is not finals and you only do two papers. The downside is that she goes through her slides super fast so be prepared to take fast notes!

No textbooks, but she does give assigned readings on blackboard. Most of the lectures were videos that we watched every week. Weekly quizzes and 2 papers. Extra credit opportunity. Do the work and you should get a good grade no problem.

Dr. Massoni and is very nice and interesting. Every Monday & Wednesday you will have a lecture that consists of mainly watching films, these are not mandatory, although will help with the quizzes. You will have a Discussion Section. Every week you will take a 10 question quiz...these are the only exams. NO FINALS! You do have 2 papers...easy class.

Lecture is twice a week for fifty minutes and you usually watch a video. The videos are generally pretty interesting. Dr. Massoni lectures way too fast so I suggest typing notes when she does lecture. Discussion is once a week and is mandatory. Quizzes are each week and 2 papers throughout the semester. This is not a hard class, but lots of reading

Best prof I've ever had! Lectures are engaging--they will make you want to go to school just to listen! The tests really are not as hard as people are making them out to be. Get off your phone/pinterest/facebook and listen to lecture! She will emphasize what you need to focus on while studying.

The lectures and discussion sections were awesome, and definitely worth going to. I give this class a low rating, not Dr. Massoni. The online tests are complete **** and impossible to beat. Mistakes, typos, and grammar erros are rampant. I don't know how such a great professor makes such awful exams. Notes are almost no help, good luck.

I absolutely LOVED this professor! Her class was so entertaining. The tests were all online and easy if you keep up with the readings! Make sure to do the extra credit too to guarantee an A in the class! I loved this class and her!

Probably the most interesting class I've taken in college. Very energetic! Doesn't simply lecture but engages students and uses lots of videos. If you can take this or SOC 104, definitely take Kelley's class
