What a mess. IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of outside of class. Incredibly disorganized. No expectations given. Her TA did everything. Hadden did not grade a single thing. The TA even administered our final. The final had a couple essay questions, which we learned, after the exams were passed out, were allowed to be point form. What does that even mean.

At first i absolutely loved this prof, her lectures are so interesting because she incorporates real stories from her experience as a psychologist. But as the course went on a began to hate it because she was SO disorganized. There was no textbook and we ended up having to photocopy over 300 pages ourselves- out of textbooks! one page at a time.

Dr. Hadden is a good lecturer but when it comes to everything else it seems the class is in turmoil. Psych 2570 is a relatively difficult course as there is a wealth of material and a notable lack of a textbook. Not a course I would recommend, but wasn't the worst experience of my academic career.

Dr.Hadden is very straightforward. Everything is black and white. Her lectures are very interesting. The best course I've ever taken in MUN. There is a midterm, a paper and a final exam. It's fair that the final is only 35%. Relies a lot on her own lecture notes and readings. No textbook.

Interesting lectures, but awful notes. Readings are poorly labelled, lecture slides are largely incomprehensible. Never responds to emails and is rarely even on campus. Knows an incredible amount about her profession but seems clueless in all other areas of life. Doesn't cover a huge amount of test material - STUDY THE READINGS.

My opinion of Dr. Hadden has changed since my 2nd year days...very interesting, and helpful...one day I went to her office and we had a chat for about an hour. Great mentor, interesting, and helpful!

An interesting woman. Unfortunately enjoying her lecture does not get you marks. She is interesting at the expense of being organized and effective. She moves through slides of notes too fast to copy (ask her to slow down, she says NO) then stops for a 10 min comedy sketch about her patients. Doesn't follow the text or cover all material on tests.

Very interesting in class, but seems like everything is rushed, she's unorganized, and I think she probably does everything (evaluations, notes) the night before. Unpredictable evaluations. Not a hard course, but could be easier if she wasn't all over the place. She has too much on her plate it seems. HUGE EGO.

I'm not too sure about Dr.Hadden ... Awesome prof in class, she has really good lectures. But rarely will she make time to talk to you- catch her before class ends because she'll never email you back and she's never at mun. I'm surprised she has the time to lecture! She made the course very hard

The best and worst prof ever. She is exceedingly interesting, and her stories relate extremely well to the class material, and aid in learning considerably. However, she's also quite impatient, and seems like she looks down upon you, whether asking a question or making a comment. Has quite the ego but her teaching style makes her classes worthwhile

I have to say that without a doubt Professor Hadden was always easy going and considerate of me as a student. When I asked for help she was very patient with me, and didn't let me feel stupid. She's great!
