If you're late be prepared to participate in front of the class. Stapler your homework if you don't zero credit. Quizzes every week. Doesn't even teach, makes students come up to solve the problems and relies on participation from the students. Homework heavy on the textbook. Couldn't even ask questions in class without her making you feel dumb.

she's a really good professor. she teaches the stuff well, and makes you work for your grade. be in the class on time cause she won't let you do the quiz or turn in the homework even a bit later than when the class starts. study and you'll get a C or more.

This teacher was by far the worst teacher I have ever had at FJC. Ridicules students who don't know material in front of whole class. Called Roll and then insisted that I know the students names as well to help her remember or something. Underlined/wrote in my brand new textbook absolutely horrendous avoid at all costs, dropped first day.

She is very be lilting and will make fun of you in front of peers. She is the type of woman that will call make you feel stupid regardless of who is there even if it is to ask a question. I recommend not asking her questions in class. If you can avoid her and take a different professor i recommend it no one deserves that humiliation that she gives

Literally the most difficult math professor ever! I wish I read these comments before I took her course. Her teaching style is go up to the board and figure it out yourself which is the least inspiring and most intimidating. I was placed in a lower math class because math is already a struggle for me. She made me absolutely dread math even more.

one of the worst professors I have ever experienced. She enjoys making people come to the board and do things they are not ready to do even if it takes the whole class period. she is not the easiest person to ask questions and don't be late to class unless you like to be made fun of the whole class time.

You have to do the online homework to pass and take tests. There is extra credit and it helps your grade. She tries to encourage you and help you study. Go to office hours if you need help. Very nice and helpful.

Like all my math classes there is lots of homework but its easy if you try. Quizzes come from homework but many people dont pay attention because they dont do the homework. There is a der and int quiz you can take as many times until you get it right. Definitely easy if you pay attention.

Best teacher at FC. My only one that gave tests back the next class. Other classes it was weeks or months later. It helped me learn better. Lots of homework and it forced me to learn. I liked the extra credit to read ahead and extra credit in groups too.

The hardest math professor Ive ever had. So much homework and very little teaching and explaining. She wants you to read ahead but its almost impossible with the amount of work and homework she gives. I would not recommend her to anyone who actually wants to learn math.

If you actually want to learn Math dont take this class. She is the least supportive math teacher Ive ever had. All she does is call people up to the board to solve problems. Theres never a good lecture where she thoroughly explains the material. She wants you to read ahead so that she doesnt have to teach. I honestly regret taking this class.

Warning! Do not take this professor if you are shy. Although she is nice, she loves to put you on the spot. If you ask a question she makes you come up to the board and figure it out. I was more focused on my anxiety of being picked on than learning the criteria. I wouldn't take this class again, Especially if math is already a struggle for you.

The work is EXTREMELY hard. If you don't know basic math skills then I don't suggest taking her class. She moves very fast and expects you to move with her. Aside from the class work, she's a very nice lady and is always willing to help out her students with whatever they need.

If youre a good mathmatician and like to be challenged? This is the right class for you. Prof. Klassen explains and does her lectures excellently. The only thing you wouldnt like to do is do too much hw. In her class, she expects you to read ahead or else youd get picked on and will embarrass you infront of the class.
