Ken Denike's class was really a breeze. Just follow the outlines he provides for the exams and your home free. One bad thing would be the kitsilano project. A lot of work was involved for that, but easy.

Absolutely the worst prof in my UBC carreer. WTF I can't beleive this man is still teaching. Project made no sense, notes on internet extremely unhelpful,chances are I will fail this course because of an incompetent prof.Prof evaluations are useless

dr. denike was very unorganized. his expectations were not made clear, anything handwritten was impossible to read, notes were not consistently posted online. his lectures were ambiguous, many times i found myself thinking... wtf did he just say?

His graphs look like they are drawn by a ****en, rapier-swinging Zorro. Gives non-answers to most questions posed to him. Boatload of readings. Understands cities, probably had more energy in his day.

its ironic that the head of the vancouver school board has no clue how to teach. His notes were disorganised, I never knew what he was talking about, and he refused to give help. I will never take a course from him again, no matter how interesting it is!

i fell asleep 3 times in class...and I sat FRONT ROW! other than that, he's a good prof a lot of experience in the field. Talks about Vancouver Transportation for a long time...but you tend to realize why and how relevant it is to the material discussed.

seems like a cool guy whose very experienced and knowledgable in his work. marks are kinda iffy since a TA marks the work but just talk to the TA rather than unleashing your anger at denike. yes, he's sometimes boring and late...taht doesn't matter though
