Soil Science is an inherently difficult class. Dr. Farrish does his best to give detailed lectures, but it is entirely up to you to take adequate notes. Be prepared to take a very large amount of notes, as his PowerPoints are not available for study. His tests require very thorough studying, but are not impossible.

Make sure you read the book. There will be at least one 4 point question on every test from the textbook. His tests are crazy hard. He is very clear during lecture though. It's the true and false that messed me up. Jodi is an amazing TA go to her for help.
