This class covers a lot of info, so don't expect it to be easy, but don't be scared away by people's negative opinions - much better than I anticipated! It's a difficult but manageable class. Mr. Dobreff is easy to listen to and willing to answer questions, but he also expects students to work - amazing!

miserable teacher. NEWS FLASH: when 85% of your students are failing, it MIGHT be time to re-examine your teaching methods. he's working on his doctorate in history. seems like he thinks we are too. class is about as enjoyable as a sharp stick in the eye. i wish scanlan tought this level.

Cool guy, great to have as a first class. Seems to be that the kids who don't like him should be in MU100 instead of 101, it's not his fault that they didn't get the basic concepts b4 getting in the class. Imagine teaching trig to 6th graders.

I think he's great. He has a great personality, he makes class fun and is willing to help if you need it. I've noticed that the kids who don't like him seem to be the same kids with GPA's under 2.0. It's not his fault that they don't practice or study.
