I am in my 5th year and had Bembridge two years ago. I thought he was awesome, practical and very helpful. He is very understanding and flexible, not too sure why others had problems. Co-op groups allowed me to learn from other students and talk about things that work and don't. We were able to learn from each other.

the most useless money spent on an education course yet. He spends way too much time in coop groups, and doesnt teach anything about how to become a teacher. Also relys to heavily on the textbook for examples. The other professor for the course is much better.

A nice guy however the class is a waste of time. All common sense. And everything is rammled. He rammles, the text rammles... You can never really put your finger on just what it is you learnt because your head hurts too much from the rammbling! The co-op groups are a waste of time. This class teaches you how to sleep with your eyes open!!!

Can't believe this is a required course! All I learned from this course was how NOT to teach! Waste of time and money. Take any other prof for this class. Assignment expectation unclear, and he spends way too much time putting us in "co-operative learning groups". Don't we pay to have him teach us something????

He rocks! He is understanding and so helpful. He has Grandpa like qualities....sweet and loveable. He will go to any length to help you and give you any resources you need. He also cares about what is happening in your personal life IF it is effecting your education. Lots of student participation.

I've had Wayne for 2 yrs now, and he may not have the world's most exciting lectures, but he has been extremely understanding and helpful towards me, maybe not everyone, but I gave him respect and he gave it right back to me. His assignments are straight foward, and his tests are relatively easy.

Horrible prof - not helpful or understanding at all. He is the perfect example of what not to do as a teacher! Lectures are irrelevant; assignments are unclear; likes to hear himself talk. And to think this is a MANDATORY education course - pretty sad. Think twice before taking his classes.
