Day 1 of class already taught me one thing: take notes during Mr. Rushing's lectures. Professor Rushing was the best professor I have ever had and will be on my top 3 for life. His knowledge is deep as I also find him very professional in classroom. In addition, Mr. Rushing will always be ready to share his experiences and MAKE YOU SUCCEED.

He's cool at first then he just goes off about anything. He doesn't care about you, has the same pep talk with everyone, after speeches are over. His writing on papers are soooo horrible. MESSY!!! Just don't take the class. Save yourself !

Professor Rushing was probably one of the coolest teachers I've had so far. He's Honest, fair, and he will give you what you want only if you show you want it. Took Prof. Rushing's SPC 1600 Class at Valencia CC. Starts lax then really gets going after midterms. Rushing is cool. If you take the class seriously you will do great. If you are a minimalist he will grade you accordingly. Slackers beware. All others will enjoy this class and gain some important life skills you will need and use later on.

Mr. Rushing is an inspirational teacher. I'm going to miss his classes and his jokes. I had such a great time in his class that its the first time I'm gonna miss ANY course. Just go to class, the quizzes are easy, and enjoy it. You wont walk away without feeling great for yourself.

HORRIBLE!The only 2 people that got an A were the football players and they werent that great. The second highest grade was a C that went to everyone that actually did awesome in their speeches. class was basically him boasting bouthimself. stay away!
