He taught the 'pseudocode' side of a algorithms/C-programming class with Spencer Smith which automatically made him the more unpopular of the two of them (nobody likes pseudocode.) He's a good guy though, and knows his stuff.

He seemed concerned about his students and eager to help them but it was very hard to follow his lectures. Slides need to have shorter point form notes instead of paragraphs and need to stay on the overhead for longer.
