this professor worked with professor hayduk in the political controversies course. please don't take this class. you will never know your grades because they don't announce them ever. Krasner is a really hard grader. participation is super important and they better know your name. everyone stops reading the assigned hws and ends up failing.

Class is American Politics and Film. You would think "oh this class should be easy". Well it should be easy but with Krasner it is very hard. He challenges you and you must work your butt off to get a decent grade such as a C or maybe a B in his class. Other comments here about that he gives out C's and D's like no tomorrow is correct.

A really good teacher. A pretty heavy work load and tough grader but if you put in the work you will you finish the course knowing a lot more than when you entered it. Very fair, and a terrific balance between lecture and class discussion. He is very knowledgeable on the subjects he teachers and it is evident in his class.

Politics and Film.. Great class interesting and a lot of work but you learn so much. Krasner is a great professor He brings so much insight to each lesson. He is opens up discussions brillantly and encourages different viewpoints. He is helpful but his test are hard but fair He is definitly worth it if you want to learn.

Politics in Film. EXCELLENT BRILLIANT PROFESSOR! Knows subject 100%, and makes class discussions fun. VERY educational! Makes his political views clear (most films lean left), but is completely open to ALL political opinions, even if you disagree with him. Encourages class debate. GREAT review sheets before midterm and final! You'll learn A LOT!

Prof. Krasner is an incredible teacher. He knows the material in and out. He is very smart, and witty. Classes at the very beginning of the semester are slow and boring, but if you stick with it, they pick up and get interesting as time goes on. Work is required of you, but you will learn alot. Take his classes...

The class wasn't as difficult as it was really involving. The work wasn't hard but there was a lot of it. He gave a review sheet for the midterm and final which helped a lot. Great professor, not an easy grade, so don't take him if you're looking for a remedial class, take him if you want a challenge and to actually learn something.

Best professor i ever had. Gives review sheet. I did not find him to be a hard grader. responsive to email. very approachable. his political views are fair. he is not a left wing radical or anything like that but he is on the left. i highly recommend anyone to take him. a must for political science majors.
