Great Teacher. He kind of has a montone voice, but he's extrememly helpful and makes sure everyone in the class understands the material. He will even stay after class or before to make sure you understand clearly. Grades are based soley on tests, but if you do the homework, you understand the work a lot better.

Hard, boring, and really really anal retentive. Have a 3.6 GPA, but I'm struggling to pass his class. He explains only in math jargon, leaving you even more confused than before, and gets frustrated when asked to clarify. I imagine he is hard on us to prepare us for higher math classes, but still, he is really hard.

First time going to college, last time in school 1972, raised 6 children to do well in school. Loved his technique, very particular, but gives you a strong foundation for future math courses. If you're willing to put it out, you will be able to do well in any math.

Mr. Langley perpares you well. He gave me the foundation that has gotten me to math 280 and I'm not a "math" person. If you are a math, science, or engineering major he's your guy. As for personality, he's all business period.

I could have sworn I was learning algebra from Montgomry Burns. If you have to take higher level math, Larry is your BEST choice, as he strongly prepares his students for calculus, and teaches skills that you can use thru 3rd semester calc. If not, don't.

He did not explain anything well. He assigned a "bad" book (in his own oppion), yet expected us to be able to learn strickly from it. If I had a question he would do the problem on the board but not explain it in steps or how and why. Avoid Him!

I have never been good at math and this teacher made me hate the subject even more. I don't know one person in my class that passed a test. He taught things only one way and was always serious.
