NAP TIME! Took his class 4 yrs ago (Botany) and still ranks as the worst professor I've had. Boring as hell so my advice is take 3 NoDoz so you'll catch every word that guy says, it'll all be on the test!

my biggest beef with this guy is that if your opinion is not the same as his you are wrong regardless of how much you can support your ideas. like that "tradgedy of the commons"shit . the only markings on my paper was in the opinion paragraph at the end where he put a huge" NO!!" underlined in red ink. i got a B on the paper only because my OPINION did not match his. there was nothing else marked in the rest of the paper with the exception of one misspelled word. as you can tell i stil

I found him to be a very nice and intelligent professor, if more than a little dull. His insistance on taking role was also irritating, as I believe that he knew he was boring and wanted to punish those who didn't want to attend EVERY ONE of his 1.5 hour lectures twice weekly. He also assigned a ridiculous amount of quizzes, and they weren't always easy. He's had a lot of health problems the last few years which seem to have affected his teaching. Nevertheless, a good guy and very informative.
