pretty boring class but she was funny. 3 pretty easy papers. shes an environmentalist so we read and wrote about that the whole semester. allows one rewrite. kind of a hard grader considering nobody cares about this class but shes extremely approachable and very nice. one EASY 5 minute presentation at end of semester about green technology

two words: SUPER BORING! She is a nice old lady, but she is the worst teacher ever. The way she makes you write your essays just sucks the creativity out of them. She lectures but never looks at you in the eye. She doesn't like when you question or go against what the authors or he say.

Somewhat disorganized. She is a very sweet lady and an enthusiastic environmentalist. All writing assignments weren't too difficult, and she is a pretty lenient grader. She will even let you do a revision of a paper if you don't like your grade. Low stress class in which you can improve your writing or else not have to try too hard and pass.

It tends to be a very boring class when all she does is lecture. The essays aren't too hard (I know a lot of people who wrote their final drafts the night before and still managed B's) and the homework is pretty easy as long as you put some effort in. She's very nice though and willing to help if you run into any trouble with an essay or homework.

I was not looking forward to having to take another writing class. but this one was actually fun and let me work on some topics I could actually get into. There were 4 papers that require research outside of the text, but could skip the last one to do a presentation, also some busy type assignments to help your writing through the sememester

GREAT TEACHER! best english teacher i ever had. goes over all the information before you write your essay. teaches in a way where u will LOVE writing. participation is 20%, the other 80% is 4 essays. she changed my life about environmentalism. SWEET LADY

I never enjoyed writing until I took this class. I was always afraid I would not have the "right" interpretation of literary works. This class was taught in a way to embrace and celebrate each individual's view point and diverse background. I stongly recommend her if you need a "w" class.
