Lawton is sort of a hardass. You will like him if you're good at chemistry. He told us a horror story of how mean he was once to a bad student. There are other horror storys about him too. I believe them.

If it was personal feelings towards Shaw, I'd say he's a good guy. But he's an awful teacher who lacks focus and makes it quite obvious he doesn't like teaching at Mount Royal. I didn't learn anything until I made my own notes and read the entire text to ace the final.

Get out of his class immediately! This guy knows his stuff, but DOES NOT know how to teach.Class ave. was 20% lower then the other class.He's so cocky and arrogant, it often gets in the way of his teaching. I can't believe most people gave him a good rating.His guy should not be allowed to teach!
