Dr. Sears is interesting- you either love or hate her. She is very sarcastic and triggering. She likes it when you give the sass back- and sit in the front row. As far as the class goes, a lot of busy work (video responses, blogging, online quizzes) which makes the class time consuming, but an easy A. Content is boring, but she brings it to life.

There are tons of opportunities for points in this class besides exams, which I appreciated. Lots of busy work though. Dr. Sears is sarcastic and kind of hard to read, but also funny. The class itself was a little boring but also practical to every day life. I barely used the textbook except for the online quizzes.

Intro to Nutrition with her was not too bad. There are a bunch of assignments each week but she grades them super easy, you just need to make sure you get them done on time. The tests are fairly tough but as long as you get 80's and above on them the rest of the points in the class will for sure get you an A. She is super cool too!

This class is GREAT! it is required for an exercise science major and taught me things that not only improved scores in this class but many others. Dr. Sears is also great! she is a ton of fun and super willing to help you out as much as possible. She wants everyone to do well and is committed to her students. Great class and great professor!!!

I had her for the online version of nutrition, and it is probably in the top five of easiest classes ever. She made power points of everything you need to know so it was really easy to find info for quizes and exams and retain a lot of it too.
