Lester is awesome. He is funny and has a clear genuine love for the arts and his classroom. He was a great teacher. But be warned he has you find your own jazz dance performance, and you really have to be resourceful to get to one, esp. if you don't have a car or some money lying around. But I enjoyed this class so much I'm taking him again.

Best teacher at Towson with a HUGE heart. Cares deeply about dance and for every one of his students. I have taken him all 3 years, in both tap and jazz, and I can not complain, he is adorable and the absolute best. So very talented and he has seriously made me into a better dancer. Can't thank him enough.

Lester is the man!! Class is a lot of fun, he likes to play upbeat music..usually house music or beyonce haha..Challenging if you've never danced before but he will help you as much as he can! Midterm & final are about 14 eight counts- use his dance/change it up/make up ur own. 1 paper after seeing a dance show. Great workout! Love this class =]

This class was awesome! He is the nicest guy, and he really helps improve your dancing skills. If you struggle, he goes out of his way to help you learn. You do have to go see a broadway show and do a critique (one and a half pages). And you have to perform 2 dances for the midterm and final. Make the effort, and you'll get an A :)

easy easy A.... have to try REALLY hard to get a B or lower... midterm and final where u make up ur own dance but u can convince him to make it up if u want. one critique but again u have to try to get a bad grade on it. id be surprised if anyone got a B in his class... even beginners
